Job Title: Steno Typist Location: Kolkata Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (minimum) Age Limit: Below 50 years Key Responsibilities Take dictation in shorthand and transliterate them accurately. Draft, type, and format official correspondence, reports, and documents. Maintain records, files, and registers in an organized manner. Handle confidential information with discretion. Provide clerical and administrative support as required. Coordinate with departments for communication and document management. Skills & Competencies Required Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel. Good shorthand and typing speed with accuracy. Command over written and spoken English. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Experience Prior experience as a Steno/Typist/Person
