Steno-cum-Computer Operator

You are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Stenographer to provide transcription and administrative support. Your responsibilities will include accurately transcribing spoken words into written form, managing records, and ensuring confidentiality in all communications and documentation. Your key responsibilities will involve transcribing dictated material, preparing official correspondence, maintaining records, assisting in clerical duties, proofreading documents, and coordinating with departments or legal professionals to ensure timely documentation. You must maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and operate transcription and word processing equipment effectively. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a stenographer or in a similar clerical/secretarial role, proficiency in shorthand, excellent typing speed (minimum 30 WPM) and accuracy, familiarity with MS Office Suite, a strong command of English and Hindi, excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to work independently and under pressure, and a high level of discretion and integrity. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The education requirement is a Bachelor's degree, and you should have at least 1 year of experience in shorthand.
