Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a STEM Trainer located in Gurugram. The STEM Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging STEM curriculum for students, conducting hands-on workshops, and facilitating creative projects in our Makerspace Labs. The role involves mentoring students, providing guidance on STEM concepts, and fostering an interactive learning environment. Additional responsibilities include developing lesson plans, assessing student progress, and ensuring safety protocols are followed during all activities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in STEM subjects, with a strong focus on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics education
• Experience in designing STEM curriculum and developing educational programs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to engage and inspire young learners through hands-on activities
• Strong organizational and classroom management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Education, STEM or related fields; advanced degree preferred
• Experience working in a makerspace or similar environment is a plus
• Passion for innovation and creativity in education
