Job Summary

We are hiring a STEM Trainer to conduct training sessions on Robotics, Coding, Electronics, and basic Science & Technology concepts. The trainer will teach students through hands-on activities, experiments, and project-based learning.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on STEM, Robotics, Coding, and Electronics for school/college students.
• Deliver interactive classes using STEM kits, tools, and digital learning content.
• Guide students in projects, experiments, competitions, and science fairs.
• Prepare lesson plans, activity sheets, and project modules.
• Ensure proper handling of STEM kits, tools, and classroom equipment.
• Maintain student records, training reports, and classroom discipline.
• Coordinate with school management/academic team for scheduling and session planning.
• Stay updated with new STEM concepts and technologies.

Required Skills

• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of Robotics, Sensors, Arduino, Coding (Scratch/Python), or Electronics (training can be provided).
• Strong interest in teaching and student interaction.
• Problem-solving skills and creativity.
• Ability to manage group activities and classroom interaction.

Qualification

• B.Tech / BE in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
• Freshers with strong STEM interest are also encouraged to apply.
