Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Steel Structure Superintendent to oversee our construction projects in India. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and experience in managing steel structure projects from planning through execution.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all activities related to steel structure construction projects.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
Review and approve project plans, schedules, and budgets related to steel structures.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.
Manage a team of construction workers and subcontractors to ensure effective execution of work.
Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
10-15 years of experience in steel structure construction management.
Strong knowledge of steel fabrication, erection processes, and structural design principles.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
