Job Description

Structural Design & Analysis:
Develop structural designs for projects using software like STAAD Pro , SAP2000 , and AutoCAD .
Perform detailed structural analysis and ensure designs meet all safety, durability, and functionality standards.
Project Coordination:
Collaborate with architects, project managers, and construction teams to deliver optimal design solutions.
Review and approve structural drawings and documentation.
Compliance & Standards:
Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
Conduct quality assurance checks to maintain high engineering standards.
Technical Documentation:
Prepare and maintain all technical documentation related to structural design.
Generate reports, presentations, and calculations to support project approvals.
Continuous Improvement:
Keep up-to-date with advancements in design tools, technologies, and materials.
Provide suggestions for improving structural efficiency and reducing costs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in STAAD Pro , SAP2000 , and AutoCAD .
Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years in structural design and analysis, with a proven track record of handling diverse projects.
Analytical Skills: Ability to solve complex structural problems with precision.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present ideas and collaborate with teams.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality in design deliverables.
