Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a STEAM Trainer at AeroBay. The STEAM Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering STEAM-based educational programs to K-12 students. Daily tasks include creating lesson plans, conducting training sessions at school, assessing student progress, and providing feedback. The role also involves collaborating with educational institutions and developing innovative teaching materials, driven by the latest technological trends in Aerospace, Space, Drones, and related industries.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and delivering STEAM-based educational programs
• Knowledge of Aerospace, Space, Drones, Meteorology, E-Transportation, and Designing industries
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans and innovative teaching materials
• Strong instructional skills and the ability to assess and provide feedback on student progress
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with both online and offline teaching methods
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering only.
