Stationery Sales Manager

You will be joining DELI Group, the largest office stationery manufacturer in China with an annual turnover of USD 6 billion. The company has its own research and development centers and follows a strict quality control system from raw materials to production lines. DELI Group has over 100 branches in China, 8 overseas regional offices, and 18 branch offices across 5 continents, serving more than 150 countries. You will be part of a global team that collaborates with over 5000 distributors and 50,000 retailers worldwide. As a DELI Stationery Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include: - Developing sales strategies to achieve sales goals in your assigned territory. - Leading, directing, and motivating the distributor's sales team to meet overall sales objectives. - Helping the sales team develop new channels and customers for full area coverage. - Coordinating sales plans for both existing and new customers. - Participating in setting price strategies in coordination with the Head office team. - Conducting market surveys and collecting information on competitors and new products. - Assisting in developing marketing plans and ensuring their execution with the sales team. - Ensuring visibility, availability, and proper displays of DELI Group's products in key accounts. - Providing regular feedback to senior management on performance. - Maintaining updated records of pricing, sales, and activity reports. Desired Skills and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant major. - 3-10 years of experience in sales and marketing in the stationery industry, preferably with international brand branch experience in the assigned territory. - Willingness to travel within the assigned territory with the distributor's sales team. - Strong execution abilities and timely feedback on projects. - Proficiency in English is a must for this role.,
