The Sales Manager will be responsible for: Sales Work: Develop sales strategies to ensure attainment of sales goals of assigned territory. Leading, directing and motivating the distributor's sales team in order to achieve the overall sales objectives. Help distributor's sales team to develop new channels/ customers to ensure full coverage of area by channel/ product category. Initiate and coordinate development of sales plans for existing and new customers Products Work: Participate in setting price strategy in coordination with Head office team. Market survey and collecting information including (competitors, new products, etc...) Marketing Work: Assist in developing marketing plan & Ensure execution with sales team. Ensure visibility/ availability & proper displays of own brand products in key accounts. Others: Provide regular feedback to senior management regarding performance. Maintain updated records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports. Follow up with Distributor on due payment Desired Skills and Experience: Bachelor degree in relevant major 3-10 years' experience of sales and marketing stationery industry background. Those who have worked in the international brand branch(assigned territory) are preferred Able to travel within assigned territory with distributor's sales team.
