Sales Manager - Deli Tools

As the Sales Manager at DELI Tools, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Developing sales strategies to ensure the attainment of sales goals within your assigned territory. - Leading, directing, and motivating the distributor's sales team to achieve overall sales objectives. - Assisting the distributor's sales team in developing new channels and customers to ensure full area coverage by channel and product category. - Initiating and coordinating the development of sales plans for both existing and new customers. In terms of product-related responsibilities, you will be expected to: - Participate in setting price strategies in coordination with the Head Office team. - Conduct market surveys and collect information on competitors and new products. Regarding marketing activities, you will: - Assist in developing marketing plans and ensure their execution with the sales team. - Ensure visibility, availability, and proper displays of DELI's brand products in key accounts. In addition to the above, you will also be responsible for: - Providing regular feedback to senior management regarding performance. - Maintaining updated records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports. Qualifications and Experience required for this role: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant major. - 3-10 years of experience in sales and marketing within the tools industry background. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in an international brand branch within the assigned territory. - Willingness to travel within the assigned territory with the distributor's sales team. - Strong execution abilities and timely feedback on projects. - Proficiency in English is a must for this position.,
