Job Description

State Head – Sales & Marketing (Lubricants)

Location

For the state of Rajasthan

Company Details

Head Office: Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
Plant Location: Surat, Gujarat.
Company registered as “Maa Taarini Lubes and Oils Private Limited”, CIN U19201OD2023PTC043553.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales growth in the assigned state.
Appoint Distributors / Dealers at least 5-7 each district
Manage and lead a team of sales professionals appointed by distributors/dealers.
Analyze market trends, set and achieve sales targets, manage customer relationships.
Implementation of sales strategies specific to the lubricant business.

Qualifications & Experience Required

Experience in the lubricants and oils industry is a must.
Strong sales management, account management, leadership, and analytical skills.
A bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: approx ₹ 20,000 per month + TA/DA + sales commission + annual bonus (based on company profitability).
Salary is subject to increase with the volume of business generated.
