State Program Lead

Patthana Technology is looking to hire the State Program Lead, for the Social Impact project. If you are passionate to be a catalyst of change, this is an opportunity to invest for Social Cause. As a key stakeholder, you shall represent Patthana in Bihar, overseeing execution of the Leap 300 program through on-ground partner teams and ensuring high-quality delivery. Prior Experience in a startup / or as an entrepreneur is an added advantage.

You'll work at the intersection of government systems, technology-enabled interventions, and last-mile impact: from field-level execution to leadership-level alignment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Seamless Execution: Monitor on-ground activities to ensure the program is functioning as intended; troubleshoot and intervene wherever needed.- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with Bihar Jeevika SJY team, and officers.- Structured Reviews: Conduct weekly check-ins with field staff and monthly meetings with leadership to drive accountability and learning.- Drive Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess the program's effectiveness and design course corrections for stronger outcomes.- Field Visits: Regular travel to the field to understand challenges first-hand and stay grounded in the realities of implementation.- Re-train as needed: Identify capacity gaps among the implementation team and conduct refreshers or support interventions to close them.

Mission for the Role:

- Execute the best-in-the-world government-led rural entrepreneurship program to alleviate poverty in Bihar.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
