State Home Sales Head

You will be responsible for spearheading the Fiber to Home business at the State level and owning the execution of growth strategy. This includes driving business matrix, marketing, sales & distribution, and ensuring all public and private ROW and building permissions, high-quality network, construction, and customer service delivery either through partners (including LCOs/distributors) or direct teams. Key Responsibilities: - Implement the state's annual business plans/targets for Fiber to Home Business by defining network, construction, and customer operations priorities. - Ensure timely readiness for execution at a UJP and FSA Level including Land base, contractors, team and equipment availability, and training. - Explore opportunities for strategic partnerships & alliances with LCOs/distributors & other partners. - Own & drive readiness of Home pass for acquisition, building, and customer acquisition and revenue for the state FTTx Home business. - Ensure acquisition of all permissions of public & Private ROW and Building. - Drive Jio centre-wise operational performance and reduce variance through appropriate business scorecards/dashboards. - Ensure retention management for fixed-line customers. - Responsible for addressing and resolving state-level behavioral complaints. - Drive customer centricity during process design, escalation management. - Engage and drive people for productivity surpassing targets. - Identify, engage and drive partners (including LCOs) for business target delivery.
