Key Responsibilities:
Lead and drive sales strategy for the stateManage distributors, logistics, and key accountsEnsure compliance with Excise/VAT and statutory normsCoordinate retail branding, activations & POS strategiesHandle supply chain planning with brewery/distillery teamsLead and manage a team of ASMs, TSEs & On-Trade Executives
Required:
