State Head (Sales & Marketing) Electrical Goods ASSAM

**Job Description:** As a State Head in the Business Development industry, you will be responsible for setting up your team of marketing people and ensuring the success of the business. Your key responsibilities will include: - Educating, updating, establishing sales protocol, and supervising the sales team. - Monitoring and following up daily call lists for each team member, taking responsibility for the business of the entire team. - Conducting team meetings and coordinating corporate tie-ups and follow-ups. - Directing and coordinating regional sales functions, developing sales strategies, and identifying new customers. - Managing sales budgets and overseeing the development of internal operating budgets. - Planning and coordinating public affairs, communications efforts, distributor events, and marketing programs. - Formulating and developing manpower plans, training and developing the sales force. - Participating in the development of new project proposals and negotiations. - Establishing short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures. **Qualifications Required:** - Any graduate in any specialization with at least 5 years of experience in the relevant field as an ASM. - Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations. - Professional written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to motivate teams, manage multiple projects, and work within tight timeframes. - Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills. - Customer orientation, creativity, and attention to detail. Please note that immediate joiners and candidates with experience in B2B sales, dealing with dealers and distributors will be preferred for this role. You will report directly to the Sales Head of the company.,
