Job Description

**Job Description:** As a State Head, you will be responsible for setting up your team of marketing people and overseeing the business operations of the team. Your key responsibilities will include: - Educating, updating, and establishing sales protocols for the sales team. - Supervising the sales team and ensuring their activities are aligned with the company's goals. - Monitoring and following up on daily call lists for each team member, taking responsibility for the team's business outcomes. - Conducting team meetings and fostering corporate tie-ups and follow-ups. - Directing and coordinating regional sales functions, focusing on selling Electrical & Electronic goods. - Identifying and developing new customers for products and services. - Developing strategies and plans for marketing opportunities and new project development. - Analyzing the effectiveness of sales strategies by reviewing RTM scorecards and providing feedback to the team. - Managing sales budgets and internal operating budgets. - Planning and coordinating public affairs, communications efforts, distributor events, and marketing programs. - Developing manpower plans, training, and developing the field force. - Directing distributors and sales forces to achieve sales targets. - Managing major distributor accounts and coordinating the management of all other accounts. - Participating in the development of new project proposals and leading negotiations. - Establishing short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and procedures. - Supervising the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs. - Promoting positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors. - Administering policies and procedures to enhance operations. - Collaborating with department managers and corporate staff to develop annual and long-term business plans. **Desired Candidate Profile:** The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations. - Professional written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Proficiency in group facilitation and participation. - Willingness to work a flexible schedule. - Initiative, planning, organizing, coordinating, and monitoring skills. - Results orientation and customer focus. - Negotiation, creativity, leadership, and communication skills. - Analytical, conceptual, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. - Attention to detail and a positive attitude. **Qualifications Required:** - Any graduate in any specialization. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field as an ASM. - Immediate joiners will be preferred. Please note that this role reports to the Sales Head of the company.,
