Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and implement state-level sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets. Drive primary and secondary sales through effective distributor and sales team management. Identify and explore new business opportunities to expand market penetration. 2. Provide insights to management for strategic decision-making. Ensure pricing strategies and promotional activities are competitive and effective. 5. Operational Efficiency & Compliance: Ensure smooth execution of sales operations, including demand forecasting and inventory management. Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements. Key Requirements: • 12 - 15 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role managing state-wide distribution. • Strong understanding of FMCG distribution channels, sales planning, and P&L management. • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to analyze data and develop actionable strategies. • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. • Willingness to travel extensively across the state. Preferred: • Experience working with leading FMCG brands. • Strong distributor and retailer network within the assigned state. • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
