Role Overview: As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive the growth of distribution and market share in the assigned area of operations. You will be accountable for ensuring visibility and accountability through extensive QR & Sound box deployment and the sale of the product. Additionally, you will be expected to identify and recruit a sales team to align and drive business in the market. Planning the market size, span, and geographies for ASMs will also be a crucial part of your role. Devising the best methods for communication of plans/targets to the team to minimize the expectations vs. delivery gap will be essential. Monitoring quality parameters as suggested by the management and conducting audits on acquisitions and sales done by the team will also be part of your responsibilities. People management of a large team of 5-10 ASMs & 200+ indirect employees will be a key aspect of this role.
