Startup Partner HR Recruitment Firm & Travel Agency

As a motivated and entrepreneurial partner, you will have the opportunity to bring fresh ideas, commitment, and strategic thinking to either a HR Recruitment Firm or a Travel Agency. Your key qualities should include an entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach, a passion for HR/recruitment and/or travel and tourism, willingness to invest time and effort into a startup, excellent communication and networking skills, and openness to learning and growing with the business. Key Responsibilities: - Help build and manage recruitment processes for the HR Recruitment Firm - Develop client relationships with companies - Source and match candidates with job opportunities - Grow the firm's presence online and offline - Plan and promote travel packages (domestic & international) for the Travel Agency - Coordinate with vendors, tour operators, and clients - Manage social media and digital presence - Offer creative input on business strategy and branding Preferred Qualifications (but not required): - Experience in HR/recruitment, talent acquisition, or travel planning - Business development, sales, or marketing background - Previous startup or partnership experience If you are tired of the 9-5 routine, dreaming of starting something of your own, willing to take risks and hustle for results, and excited to work in HR or travel, then this opportunity is for you.
