Job Description

Understanding of technical skills from a staffing perspective is required to comprehend how demand fulfillment needs to be carried out through the IJP channel. In this role, you will interact with various account stakeholders and employees who are IJP applicants, as well as engage with the practice staffing teams. Your responsibilities will include reviewing resumes of resources who have applied through IJP, ensuring their understanding of the staffing process and the IJP process, and facilitating their allocation to the relevant project. Primary Skills: - Understanding of technical skills from a staffing perspective for demand fulfillment via the IJP channel. - Interacting with multiple account stakeholders and IJP applicants. - Reviewing resumes of applicants and facilitating their allocation to projects. - Basic excel skills including knowledge of pivots, filters, and basic macros. - Stakeholder management. - Escalation management. Secondary Skills: - Excellent speaking and writing communication skills. - Team management skills.,
