Staff Software Engineer

The Senior Software Engineer - Integrations at Xurrent plays a crucial role in developing Integrations with various platforms such as Xurrent and Zenduty. Leveraging expertise in Ruby on Rails and Workato, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality Integrations. Your primary mission is to drive technical excellence, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative product features. Your responsibilities include leading the design and development of Integrations with different platforms, ensuring robustness, scalability, and maintainability. You will write clean, efficient, and well-tested code following coding standards and best practices. Mentoring junior engineers, conducting code reviews, collaborating with other engineering leads, and staying updated with industry trends are also key responsibilities. Additionally, troubleshooting technical issues and collaborating across teams are important aspects of this role. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in Ruby on Rails development, a strong command of the Ruby language, and the Rails framework. A proven track record of designing and implementing complex features and web applications is essential. Strong expertise in front-end technologies and their integration with back-end systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are required.
