Staff Software Engineer

Role Overview: As a Staff Software Engineer at SpoonLabs, your primary responsibility will be contributing to the architecture of Spoon and Vigloo. You will be instrumental in designing and implementing scalable and efficient solutions, focusing on XP practices like Simple Design, Small Release, TDD, and Pair Programming to ensure high-quality deliverables. Collaboration with the team to enhance architecture and maintain a sustainable codebase is key. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in CI/CD processes - Leverage technologies such as Spring Boot and Kotlin/Java - Work with AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker - Explore Reactive Programming and Kotlin Coroutines - Utilize monitoring tools like Datadog, Prometheus, and Sentry - Identify and implement best practices for continuous architecture improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration and deployment - Ensure scalability and performance of applications Qualification Required: - Deep understanding of XP practices - Proficiency in Spring Boot, Kotlin/Java - Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD DevOps practices - Knowledge of Reactive Programming and Kotlin Coroutines will be an added advantage Company Details: Join SpoonLabs, a forward-thinking team that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
