Job Description

Manage post-contract services, including interim applications, change management, variation valuation, and extension of time claims.
Administer contract procedures and ensure compliance with standard form contracts, particularly FIDIC.
Develop and maintain client relationships, presenting professional approaches and ensuring confidence in client interactions.
Oversee the procurement process, from pre-qualification to contract preparation, ensuring all stages are performed effectively.
Ensure effective management of post-contract cost variances and change control processes.
Prepare monthly and weekly dashboard reports, including executive reports, estimate/CTC reports, cost reports, procurement reports, and tender reports.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent; a postgraduate qualification in a relevant field is advantageous.
Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in construction or consultancy.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Demonstrable experience in client-facing roles, with a professional approach and confidence in presenting to clients and stakeholders.
Strong understanding of cost management principles, including value engineering and life cycle costing.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and analytical skills.
