Roles&responsibilities:

• Solves high-impact, ambiguous problems across teams.

• Introduces new technologies and frameworks to improve team productivity.

• Leads initiatives that reduce technical debt at a squad level.

• Applies high-risk changes to complex engineering ecosystems with precision.

• Produces unique and informed insights with sound rationale.

• Identifies technical opportunities and actively seeks sponsorship.

• Guides technical decisions within team.

• Influences product roadmaps and technical roadmaps

• Identify and reduce toil

• Encourages engineers to take responsibility for their work and its impact on the broader organisation.

• Leads in Engineering interviews.

Essentialskills:

• 12+Yearsofexperienceofexperienceinrelevantfield.

• Excellentdebuggingandtroubleshootingskillson.NET.

• WorkedonAWSServicesandVPCandNetworking(MUST)

• Excellentunderstandingoftheinfrastructurethatruns.NETapplications-IIS,WebServers,Kestrel,Containers,etc.

• HaveexperienceinCI/CDpipelineswithintegratedautomatedtestingandgovernance.

• Handsonskillswithscripting

• ExperiencewiththefullsoftwaredevelopmentlifecycleanddeliveryusingAgilepracticeswithspecificfocusonthefollowingconcepts:sourcecontrol,CI/CD,automatedtesting,logging,andmonitoring.

• HaveagreatunderstandingofsoftwaredeliverypracticesandlifecyclesinAgilemethodologies.

Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Engineering in Computer Science/Information Technology.
