As a .NET Backend Engineer, you will need to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. Your role will require a disciplined approach to Test Driven Development and a very good understanding and experience with Authentication based systems and basic Cryptography. You should have in-depth knowledge and experience of the .NET framework and its components, such as ASP.NET, ADO.NET, ASP.NET Web API, ASP.NET Core, NUnit, and Entity Framework. Additionally, you must possess a good understanding of Micro-Services Design, Object-Oriented Programming, and Service-Oriented Architecture. Your proficiency in the C# programming language, including core concepts, object-oriented programming (OOP), and asynchronous programming, will be essential for this role. Experience in web technologies like HTTP, REST, JSON, XML, and related libraries is required. You will also need experience with web servers like IIS or Kestrel, knowledge in Docker Containers, build, and deployment in a container environment. Familiarity with SQL, NoSQL, database systems, and comfort with the command-line interface are necessary. Experience working with Git in a CI/CD environment, as well as with JIRA/Confluence or similar tools, is expected. Strong communication and soft skills are essential, as you will be required to motivate, mentor, and help fellow developers, as well as communicate complex ideas effectively. Your detail-oriented nature, exceptional organizational skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills will be valuable assets in this role. Independence and self-motivation are key, while still being able to work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. For the interview process, you will be evaluated based on your skills in Asp Dot Net, Dot Net Core, ASP.NET MVC (Model-View-Controller), C# (C-Sharp), Stored Procedure, HTML, Web API creation, Oracle Database, SQL, Git & TFS (Team Foundation Server), DevOps CI/CD Pipeline, and Monolithic Architecture.
