Staff Software Engineer

You will be working with ANSR, a partner of Land O'Lakes, to establish their GCC in India. Your employment will be through ANSR until Land O'Lakes GCC is fully operational, a transition expected to be completed within the next two years. As a Lead Software Developer specializing in Microservices and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), you will play a crucial role in designing and developing efficient, reusable, and reliable C# code. Your responsibilities will include developing and deploying microservices on Azure Kubernetes Service, implementing robust services and APIs, and following industry best practices for software development. You will be expected to participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle using Agile methodologies, collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new features, conduct code reviews, and ensure compliance with secure coding practices and data privacy standards. Additionally, you will mentor junior developers and contribute to the growth of the engineering team. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with at least 8 years of experience in C#/.NET development. Extensive experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS, strong knowledge of building and deploying microservices in Azure Kubernetes Service, familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices, and proficiency in UML and API standards are essential requirements. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in a relevant field, certifications in Azure or AWS, experience with other programming languages, knowledge of containerization technologies, and familiarity with front-end technologies.
