Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Software Engineer to join our development unit in India. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and developing our web-based Electronic Health Record (EHR) system using Microsoft technologies. You will lead and mentor a team of software engineers, and contribute to the growth and success of our product Key Skills. NET Core, C#, MVC, JavaScript, jQuery, Microservice Responsibilities Lead the design and development of complex web-based EHR systems using MVC, .NET Core, C#, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies Assist/Help Architect scalable and high-performance solutions, ensuring the best practices in software design and coding standards are followed Implement front-end components using MVC, React, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and CSS 3.0 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, create project plans, and ensure timely delivery of software solutions Mentor and guide junior software engineers, providing technical expertise and promoting best practices in software development Participate in Agile/Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospective meetings Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process Requirements Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Sc, Software Eng, or a related field. Proven experience in web application development using Microsoft technologies, including MVC, .NET Core, C#, and JavaScript Strong proficiency in JavaScript and front-end frameworks like React, jQuery, Bootstrap, and CSS 3.0 Familiarity in SQL Server database management & performance optimization Familiarity with MongoDB for handling specific services is a plus Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment In-depth understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in an Agile development environment Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to architect and implement scalable and efficient solutions Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams Nice to Have React, Console App, Bootstrap, CSS 3.0, AWS, MongoDB, SSRS & SQL Server
