Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Staff Registered Nurse based in Bankura. The Staff Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor and record patient progress, and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Additional responsibilities include educating patients and their families about health conditions, supporting the development of treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with healthcare protocols and standards.

Qualifications

Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, medication administration, and wound care
Ability to monitor, evaluate, and document patient progress using electronic medical records
Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient education skills
Knowledge of healthcare protocols, infection control practices, and regulatory compliance
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license and certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required
Experience in acute care, critical care, or similar nursing environments is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
