Job Description

As a member of the Dolby team, you play a crucial role in transforming how work is done and enhancing the digital employee experience. Your focus will be on driving systems transformation, leading a growing team in Bangalore, and collaborating with global stakeholders to innovate and evolve systems, processes, and people to meet the challenges and opportunities presented by new technologies and business needs. **Key Responsibilities and Opportunities:** - Lead and guide the Bangalore team, ensuring alignment with project goals and providing mentorship for continuous growth and development. - Collaborate closely with the US leadership team and other global hubs to devise and implement solutions for People & Places Systems. - Drive innovation initiatives, including exploring and implementing emerging technologies like generative AI. - Develop scalable solutions to reduce operational friction and enhance efficiency within People & Places systems. - Act as a senior advisor and key technical representative of the Work Innovation team, liaising with IT, People & Places, and other business stakeholders. - Translate insights into scalable solutions that improve the employee experience across digital platforms. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. - 8+ years of experience in business systems analysis, with at least 1+ years in people management. - Strong track record in implementing and managing HR/People systems like SuccessFactors and ServiceNow. - Ability to lead cross-functional, global teams, mentor team members, and foster an environment of growth and collaboration. - Expert knowledge of HR systems architecture and integration. - Proficiency in project management and stakeholder communication. - Experience working in global, matrix organizations. - Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and process improvement. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Relevant system certifications. - Experience with HR analytics platforms and emerging technologies. - Knowledge of data integration and visualization tools. - Familiarity with various project management methodologies.,
