We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Qualifications

• GNM / BSc (Nursing) / MSc/ PB BSc
• Valid KNC registration as a Nurse
• Proven experience in patient care within a clinical or hospital setting
• Basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
• Proficiency in medication administration and understanding of pharmacology principles
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide compassionate patient support
• Organised, detail-oriented, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Flexibility to work shifts as required, including evenings or weekends if necessary

Duties

• Deliver comprehensive patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities
• Assess patient conditions and maintain accurate medical records in accordance with healthcare protocols
• Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalised care plans
• Educate patients and their families on health management, medication usage, and post-discharge care instructions
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, infection control procedures, and confidentiality standards
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies, providing reassurance and support throughout their treatment journey
