Staff Nurse

Overview: We are currently seeking a Nursing Staff member to assist in basic patient care and support scheduled procedures. This role is ideal for candidates with foundational nursing skills who are willing to work in a supportive mental health environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in securing IV lines and administering injectables under supervision.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and other essential parameters.
• Support anaesthetist and psychiatrist during scheduled procedures such as ElectroconvulsiveTherapy (ECT) and Ketamine Treatment.
• Aid in patient movement within the centre, from the waiting area to the doctor or therapist’sroom.
• Observe and provide basic support during rTMS (Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation)procedures.
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients by assisting in routine care andobservation.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Certificate or B.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a hospital or clinical setting is required.
• Familiarity with IV line insertion and basic medical procedures.
• Willingness to work in a mental health care setting.
• Good communication and patient-handling skills.
