Staff Nurse

Job Title:Staff Nurse – Occupational Health Centre Location:Hyderabad (Client-Site Based Deployment) Employment Type:Full-Time | On-site Working Days & Hours:Monday to Saturday | 9-hour shifts About the Role:We are hiring qualified and compassionate Nurses to be deployed at client locations across Hyderabad. The role involves supporting Occupational Health Centre (OHC) operations, conducting basic health assessments, and assisting with day-to-day medical care for employees at corporate and industrial workplaces. Key Responsibilities:Provide first aid and emergency medical care at the workplace. Assist Occupational Health Physicians in medical assessments and record-keeping. Conduct regular health checks (BP, Sugar, SPO2, BMI, etc.) for employees. Maintain medical records, stock registers, and consumables. Support workplace vaccination drives and health awareness programs. Ensure hygiene and compliance as per occupational health standards. Report health trends, absenteeism patterns, and OHC activities to supervisors. Qualifications & Experience:Education: B.Sc. Nursing or GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery) Registration: Must have valid Nursing Registration Certificate Experience: 1–3 years in hospital, clinic, or occupational health setting preferred Basic knowledge of emergency care, first aid protocols, and workplace hygiene Good communication skills and a calm, professional attitude Salary Range:₹15,000 – ₹22,000 (Net Pay) per month, depending on experience About Us : Shiva Sai Medical Services is a trusted name in occupational healthcare, providing end-to-end medical staffing, OHC setup, and workplace health compliance across India.
