Key Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate all OHC facilities across assigned client locations in Bengaluru. Ensure timely deployment, attendance, and compliance of medical staff (Doctors, Nurses, Paramedics). Oversee clinic setup, maintenance, medical inventory, and equipment calibration as per guidelines. Ensure compliance with occupational health & safety protocols, SOPs, and legal standards. Serve as the point of contact for client SPOCs for operational issues and escalations. Monitor service performance, maintain records, and report monthly operational KPIs. Coordinate with the HR and Admin teams for hiring, training, and rostering OHC staff. Requirements:3+ years’ experience in Facility Management / Healthcare Operations / Corporate Services. Familiarity with Occupational Health & Safety practices (preferred). Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple sites, travel to client locations, and manage vendor/service staff.

Job Title:Staff Nurse – Occupational Health Centre Location:Hyderabad (Client-Site Based Deployment) Employment Type:Full-Time | On-site Working Days & Hours:Monday to Saturday | 9-hour shifts About the Role:We are hiring qualified and compassionate Nurses to be deployed at client locations across Hyderabad. The role involves supporting Occupational Health Centre (OHC) operations, conducting basic health assessments, and assisting with day-to-day medical care for employees at corporate and industrial workplaces. Key Responsibilities:Provide first aid and emergency medical care at the workplace. Assist Occupational Health Physicians in medical assessments and record-keeping. Conduct regular health checks (BP, Sugar, SPO2, BMI, etc.) for employees. Maintain medical records, stock registers, and consumables. Support workplace vaccination drives and health awareness programs. Ensure hygiene and compliance as per occupational health standards. Report health trends, absenteeism patterns, and OHC activities to supervisors. Qualifications & Experience:Education: B.Sc.
