Core responsibilities

• Patient assessment and monitoring: Assess patient health, record symptoms and medical histories, and monitor conditions and vital signs.
• Care planning and implementation: Develop and implement patient care plans, and administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Collaboration: Work with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Medical record maintenance: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Patient and family education: Educate patients and their families on how to manage illnesses or injuries and prepare for post-treatment recovery.
• Equipment operation: Operate and monitor medical equipment.
• Infection control: Ensure and monitor compliance with infection control practices.
• Emergency response: Participate in medical emergencies or crisis situations.
