Position Overview Position : Attender Care Staff Employment Type : Full-time (Homecare Service) Location : Assigned patient home(s) under company supervision within Bengaluru or Kerala Working Shift : 24-hour duty, as allocated by the Company based on patient needs Monthly Salary : Upto ₹30,000 Female Staff Only Key Roles and Responsibilities You will be responsible for providing attentive, safe, and empathetic patient care in alignment with Relit Healthcare’s service standards. Your primary duties include but are not limited to the following: Assisting patients with daily personal care activities such as feeding, bathing, grooming, and maintaining hygiene. Monitoring vital signs, mobility support, and ensuring patient comfort under guidance from healthcare professionals. Providing companionship and emotional support to patients, especially the elderly or bedridden. Maintaining cleanliness in the patient’s surroundings to ensure a safe and hygienic environment. Assisting with medication reminders, mobility exercises, and reporting changes in a patient’s condition to the Company or supervising nurse.
