Job Description

Staff Nurses

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to patients as per hospital policies and clinical protocols.
Monitor and record patients vital signs and overall condition.
Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed by doctors.
Assist doctors during medical procedures, rounds, and emergencies.
Maintain accurate nursing records, reports, and documentation.
Follow infection control practices and ensure patient safety standards.
Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment, care, and recovery process.
Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and other healthcare staff.

Required Skills & Competencies :

Strong clinical and patient-care skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Team-oriented with a compassionate and responsible attitude.
Basic knowledge of hospital protocols and safety standards.

Eligibility Criteria :

GNM or BSc Nursing qualification is mandatory.
Freshers are welcome; prior hospital experience will be an added advantage.
