Staff Nurse (ICU)

As a healthcare professional in this role, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care based on physicians" instructions and nursing protocols. This includes administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, maintaining hygiene standards, and more. It is crucial to maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records to ensure continuity of care. Adhering to NABH standards for patient safety, infection control, and nursing care is essential. Monitoring patients closely and promptly reporting any changes to the physician or supervisor are part of your duties. Assisting doctors during procedures and rounds, as well as ensuring the proper use and maintenance of medical equipment, will be key responsibilities. In addition to clinical tasks, you will be expected to educate patients and their families on healthcare needs and post-discharge care. Actively participating in audits, quality improvement programs, and training sessions is important to enhance patient care quality. Adherence to hospital policies, ethical standards, and confidentiality protocols is mandatory. Proper handover during shift changes must be ensured to maintain continuity of care. This is a full-time position with a rotational shift schedule. Proficiency in Hindi is preferred for effective communication with patients. The work location for this role is in person, where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and upholding professional standards.,
