Staff Nurse

Job Summary: The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients undergoing rehabilitation treatment. This includes monitoring patient health, administering medications, supporting recovery programs, and coordinating with doctors, therapists, and counselors to ensure holistic patient care. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and record patient vital signs and overall health status Administer prescribed medications and treatments as per protocol Assist doctors during medical rounds and procedures Maintain accurate nursing notes, reports, and patient records Provide care and emotional support to patients during recovery Observe and report changes in patient behavior or medical condition Follow infection control and safety protocols strictly Assist in detoxification, therapy, or physiotherapy sessions if required Educate patients and families on treatment plans, hygiene, and recovery care Ensure proper handover during shift changes Maintain cleanliness and readiness of nursing stations and patient areas Ready to work in rotational shift
