Job Description

Walk-In Interview - 27th November 2025

Position: Staff Level I Accountant

Location: Bangalore

Qualification: CPA / CA

Experience: Fresher

Roles and Responsibilities

Audit

Work with a team under the guidance of a Manager.
Analyse client accounting records and financial statements.
Evaluate internal control systems, audit risk, materiality, and compliance with auditing standards.
Prepare work papers supporting the audit procedures performed.
Contribute to specific sections of larger audit and accounting engagements.
Handle additional tasks as assigned.

Tax

Prepare individual, trust, partnership, and corporate tax returns (1065, 1065 FS, 1120C, 1120S, 1040 HNI), which will be reviewed by Seniors and Managers.
Conduct research to identify and resolve tax-related issues.

Key Skills

Strong desire to grow into an Engagement Senior role.
Knowledge or understanding of U.S. Tax Code is preferred.
Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
Strong commitment to an entrepreneurial and proactive work ethic.
Ability to analyse and prioritise information effectively for decision-making.
Capability to work across multiple engagements and collaborate with domestic (U.S.) teams.
