In this role, you will be responsible for implementing all maintenance activities in the plant. This includes following schedules and timely implementation of daily maintenance activities in the concerned areas. You will also need to check and report preventive maintenance, shutdown, and predictive maintenance systems for abnormalities and take corrective action for elimination. It is essential to implement the PM activities as per the schedule under coordination with the concerned process plant and feed the data into the system. Any chronic problems should be referred to superiors and concerned individuals for advice and remedial measures. Additionally, you will need to communicate and organize necessary resources like material and manpower for uninterrupted and timely completion of maintenance jobs. Spare part management is also a key aspect of this role. Key Responsibilities: - Implementing all maintenance activities in the plant - Checking and reporting preventive maintenance, shutdown, and predictive maintenance systems - Coordinating with the concerned process plant for PM activities - Referring chronic problems to superiors for advice - Organizing necessary resources for maintenance jobs - Managing spare parts effectively In this role, you will be expected to act on cost reduction and process improvement plans within the budgeted time and cost. You will also be responsible for timely updating all documents of the section and ensuring that documents are updated as per ISO and related standards. Adherence to statutory compliance related to Safety, Health, Environment, Sustainability, and systems like IMS, WCM, and ISO is crucial in this position.,
