Job Description

As a Scribe Product Owner (SPO) at Micron Technology, you will play a crucial role in serving as a technical and execution interface for partners and customers of the Scribe Design Team on a global scale. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the MOI Scribe Product Owner (SPO) team, defining requirements with partners/customers, and ensuring the timely completion of deliverables for given part type schedules. Collaboration with Process, Integration, Manufacturing, and Design teams across the company will be essential in order to drive efficiency and effectiveness through processes and metrics. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as the primary interface for partners and customers, facilitating communication within the scribe design team. - Ensure that scribe design work for each new DID or revision meets requirements, standards, and schedules. - Collaborate with various functional groups in the Scribe Design Team to allocate resources adequately and ensure clear understanding and timely completion of requests. - Implement a system of processes to establish workflow in a globally distributed organization. - Standardize Best Known Methods (BKMs) across technologies and scribe design sites. - Continuously improve tools and processes while eliminating redundancies. - Develop training programs, organize supporting material, and drive implementation across internal groups and external partners. - Establish metrics to enhance effectiveness and efficiency, making decisions based on data, metrics, and processes. **Qualifications:** - Strong oral and written communication skills. - Proficiency in project management and program management. - Excellent organizational and people management skills. - Demonstrated innovative problem-solving abilities. - Strong team-building skills on both local and global levels. - Flexibility with travel and work hours to collaborate effectively within a global team. - Understanding of device characterization and the relationship between test structure layout and measurement results. - Proficiency in Layout and Verification skills using Cadence and Calibre (DRC, LVS, Net extraction). - Knowledge of device designs and the impact of parasitic components. - Familiarity with general semiconductor mask procurement processes. **Education & Experience Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in science or engineering or equivalent experience. - Minimum of 12 years in an engineering position with management experience. - Experience in Scribe TEG design, Layout, Verification, and TEG design business process.
