Job Description

As a Staff Engineer specializing in Microsoft Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) , you will contribute to the design, deployment, and support of enterprise endpoint management solutions. you'll work on complex projects, proactively support platform improvements, and collaborate across teams to ensure reliable and secure operations. you'll also help mentor junior engineers and contribute to platform strategy through hands-on technical work.

Responsibilities:

Contribute to enterprise-wide Microsoft Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) deployments and upgrades
Support Configuration Manager operations and assist in performance tuning
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting
Assist with integration of Configuration Manager and Microsoft Active Directory
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software distribution and endpoint compliance
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and support teams to maintain platform reliability
Participate in architecture discussions and provide input on technical decisions
Help onboard new team members and share knowledge across the team
Ensure work aligns with compliance and operational standards
Primary expertise required:

Strong experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM)
Familiarity with Operations Manager tools and monitoring practices
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
