Staff Engineer ATE Test Engineering

• Test Solutions Development:
  • Design, develop, and release test solutions for Power products (PoL and Power stages) on ETS/V93K platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test solutions meet product requirements and specifications
  • Develop and maintain test programs, test scripts, and test fixtures
• Test Yield Improvement and Test Cost Reduction:
  • Analyze test data to identify areas for improvement and implement yield-enhancing and cost-reducing techniques
  • Develop and implement test optimization strategies to reduce test time and improve test efficiency
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to implement test improvements and monitor results
• ATE Characterization:
  • Characterize and validate Automated Test Equipment (ATE) for Power products
  • Develop and maintain ATE characterization reports and documentation
• Product Fab Transfer:
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to transfer products from development to production
  • Ensure smooth transition of test solutions and processes to production
• Mentorship:
  • Mentor junior engineers in test solutions development, test yield improvement, and test cost reduction techniques
  • Provide guidance and support to junior engineers in their professional development
• New Product Lead Responsibilities:
  • Lead new product development for Power products, ensuring successful product launch and ramp-up
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, develop test plans, and execute test solutions

• 6 to 9 years experience in ATE Test engineering
• Expertise in ETS800/ETS88/ETST364/V93K-P power testing
• Expertise in Test hardware design for high current/high voltage tests
• Experience in C/C++/VB/Java programming
• Experience on Multi phase Buck/Boost controllers/Point of Loads/Powerstage products
• Automotive power products experience
• Solid in Power products testing fundamentals
• Good communication skills
• Team working attitude
• Willingness towards continuous learning/improvements
