Job Description

Architect, design, and implement platform tools and developer self-service capabilities Build and scale CI/CD pipelines, artifact repositories, and deployment tooling Drive adoption of DevOps best practices across engineering teams
Optimize AWS infrastructure for cost, performance, and reliability Partner with developers to improve developer experience and productivity
Mentor engineers and contribute to technical strategy for platform evolution Operate independently and take ownership of complex initiatives end-to-end
10+ years of experience in software engineering / DevOps Must come from a strong developer background (Java, Go, Python, or similar)
Proven experience in building developer platforms and internal tooling Solid understanding of AWS services (networking, IAM, security, scaling, cost optimization)
Proficiency with Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD systems Experience designing self-service platforms and abstractions for developers
Strong automation and scripting skills Ability to operate with minimal to no guidance Lead the evolution of our DevOps and platform engineering practices
Bring a strong developer background, deep AWS expertise, and proven ability to design and deliver platform tools with minimal guidance
