A successful Staff Data Scientist should have:

• Strong programming experience in Python, SQL, and Spark (Scala or PySpark).
• Hands-on expertise with machine learning and deep learning models, including CNNs, Transformers, and Vision Transformers.
• Experience working with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Solid understanding of linear algebra, probability, statistics, calculus, and A/B testing methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Parameter-Efficient Fine-Tuning (PEFT)
