Staff Cyber Security Architect

You would be joining the Digital Technology Team at Baker Hughes, a global organization undergoing digital transformation. As a Staff Cyber Security Architect, you will play a vital role in ensuring cybersecurity architecture and data protection for the company's global operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define strategy and technology roadmap for the Cloud and Customer Solutions Cyber Security Programs - Provide hands-on technical capability and collaborate with the Platform Security Team - Identify IT solutions, build cybersecurity design framework, lead assessments and evaluations, and remediate risks - Document secure architecture and design strategies for cloud and customer solutions - Create and configure cyber capabilities within the Baker Hughes Digital Cloud and on-premises environments - Establish metrics for cloud and customer security solutions reporting based on business risk - Collaborate with other Baker Hughes Business Units to benchmark Cyber Security capabilities - Lead strategic projects with high impact, focusing on security architecture and design - Implement cloud and customer solutions cyber security standards and policies - Evaluate new threats, solutions, and their impact on IT and business operations - Represent Baker Hughes Digital on cloud and customer solutions cybersecurity initiatives - Develop security design patterns and work instructions **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 10 years of professional experience - Minimum 5 years of relevant consulting and/or industry experience - Minimum 3 years of hands-on technical experience in security solutions for AWS - Solid understanding of cybersecurity domain, application security architecture, and cloud infrastructures - Familiarity with NIST or ISO security requirements - Strong customer focus and ability to manage customer expectations - Industry certification such as CISSP, GSEC, GIAC, CCSP is a plus The company offers flexible working patterns to accommodate individual preferences.
