Staff BSA Salesforce Support

Role Overview: As a Salesforce Business Analyst in Pune, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the systems used by Sales, Legal, and Marketing teams. Your main role will be to work on incidents raised by end-users, ensuring smooth system operations. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with end-users to address incidents related to system issues, requests, and inquiries. - Resolve SFDC configuration and simple development issues promptly. - Engage with the development team to tackle complex development issues and drive them to closure. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's Degree completed - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst and over 8 years of overall IT experience - Hands-on experience in Salesforce administration and configuration - Basic knowledge of Salesforce development, including Apex, Triggers, and Lightning - Familiarity with Sales Cloud functionality - Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills (both written and verbal) - Ability to work in different time zones - Knowledge of ITIL processes - Capability to prioritize tasks within a collaborative team environment - Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to go the extra mile to accomplish tasks - Eagerness to learn and enhance technical and functional skill sets - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio Role Overview: As a Salesforce Business Analyst in Pune, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the systems used by Sales, Legal, and Marketing teams.
