Job Title: Accountant

Location: Newtown , Kolkata
Experience : More than 2years

About the Role

The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and have working knowledge of GST (Returns filling), Income Tax filing (excluding returns), and foreign exchange accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and track daily business expenses, vouchers, and financial entries.
• Prepare and maintain Profit & Loss statements and other financial reports.
• Manage e-billing/online billing and related documentation.
• Handle bank transactions and perform regular bank reconciliations.
• Ensure timely and accurate GST and Income Tax filings.
• Maintain and monitor foreign exchange accounts and related transactions.
• Assist management with periodic financial updates and audit preparation.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.
• Sound knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and banking documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with foreign exchange accounting is a plus.

Job Types: Part Time: 18 hours a week

Pay: 8000 to 10000 per month

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 25 per week
