Position Description:

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in network architecture, SON, or AI/ML applications within telecommunications
Strong background in network optimization, particularly in RAN, 5G, or related technologies
Experience with Cognitive SON technologies, automation, and self-optimizing networks is highly desirable
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, Microservices
Proficiency in AI/ML algorithms, data modeling, and statistical methods
In-depth knowledge of RAN technologies, 5G, and network management protocols
Experience with cloud computing, big data platforms, and software-defined networking (SDN) is a plus

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

-Must-Have Skills:

Familiarity with network orchestration and management tools (eg, NFV, SDN)
Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar, used for AI/ML solutions
Hands-on experience with tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other machine learning frameworks
Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment
Knowledge of 5G and future mobile network standards (eg, 3GPP, O-RAN)
Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for developing innovative solutions
Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Good-to-Have Skills: Define the architecture for Cognitive SON solutions, integrating AI/ML techniques to automate network management tasks such as self-healing, self-optimization, and self-configuration
