Job Summary:

We are seeking two dynamic Sr.Sales Engineers with a passion for industrial capital goods sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical engineering background and experience in field sales, particularly in mechanical industrial equipment or cutting tools. This is a field-based role that involves client meetings, traveling, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell mechanical industrial capital goods/metal cutting tools.
  • Generate leads, meet prospective clients, and close sales.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Regular travel within the assigned territory to meet prospects and customers.
  • Report regularly to the Sales Manager with updates and performance metrics.

Candidate Profile:

  • Qualification: BE in Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in sales of capital goods or metal cutting tools
  • Location: One position each in Faridabad and Pune
  • Requirements:
  • Familiarity with local market and customer base.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
  • Must own and use a 2-wheeler for field travel.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

  • Experience in selling CNC Machine Tools
  • Knowledge of CNC lathes and their applications

Training & Onboarding:

  • Orientation and product training at our factory in Bengaluru (15–30 days)
  • PG accommodation provided by the company during training

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Fixed Annual CTC: ₹3.20 to ₹4.80 LPA (based on experience & merit)
  • Variable Pay/Incentives: Potential to earn as much or more than fixed pay, based on monthly sales performance – no upper limit on incentives
